Customer testimony... A very pleasant and helpful person, who I did not know before asking for his help. I'm disabled with multiple sclerosis, and saw John advertising a threaded spindle on e-bay, which I needed to secure an over-heavy clothes rail before it collapses, but I can no longer bend it.
